- We offer free shipping on all products when paying with credit card or debit card online.
- Please allow 7-21 working days from the shipping date for your goods to reach the destination.


- We ship worldwide and shipping fees are calculated by weight and location. You can use the Basket’s shipping estimator to calculate your shipping fees.
- When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
- Your shipment does not include any import duties or applicable taxes. If your country levies any taxes on the value of your purchase, the customs will instruct the mail carrier to collect these fees from you.
- Please do note that The Raya does not take responsibility if the packages are held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.


- Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase items once you have received your order.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the items are:
-  the items are in sellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- you should notify us within 7 days of the receipt of goods
- the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
-  the items are faulty

Please note that we do not refund/exchange items that are specifically marked as SALE items. When purchasing a SALE item,
the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be contacted directly via email.
A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty.


If you have placed an order on an item that, for any reason, cannot be delivered, we will promptly refund you your money.
In cases of returned items, once your return has been received and inspected we will proceed the refund via your original payment method.
Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

Please print, fill out and include the exchange/return form along with your exchange/return parcel.
- Upon receiving the goods, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements, we will offer an exchange, or refund.
Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory. If the garments do not satisfy our requirements, the items will be sent back to the recipient.
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.
Return shipping must be pre-paid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.;
